Schedule: Monday–Friday | Daytime clinic hours

Position Overview

Cetechs is seeking a Board-Certified Breast Imaging Radiologist to provide onsite diagnostic services at the Atlanta VA Medical Center. This position supports the Department of Veterans Affairs through its Integrated Clinical Staffing Program and focuses on high-quality breast imaging care for veteran patients
This is an onsite, weekday-only role with no call, no weekends, and no holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret breast imaging studies including:

  • Mammography

  • Breast ultrasound

  • Breast MRI

• Perform and oversee diagnostic breast imaging procedures

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams

• Communicate imaging results clearly to referring providers and patients

• Participate in quality assurance, peer review, and performance improvement activities

• Maintain compliance with ACR, FDA, MQSA, and VA standards

Schedule & Work Environment

• Onsite presence required

• Clinic hours typically 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

• No evenings, weekends, or on-call responsibilities

• Federal holidays observed

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO

• Board Certified in Radiology (American Board of Radiology)

• Fellowship training in Breast Imaging

• Active, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state

• Eligible for VA credentialing and privileging

• Current BLS certification (ACLS as required by VA)

• Ability to meet VA onboarding, training, and immunization requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior VA or federal healthcare experience

• Strong patient communication and collaborative skills

• Experience in an ACR-accredited breast imaging program
