Backup Registered Nurse – PRN / Federal Facility

Location: Boyers, Pennsylvania
Work Location: On-site – DCSA Boyers Mine
Schedule: PRN/as-needed weekday coverage
Clearance: Current Secret/T3 eligibility required

Position Summary

Cetechs is seeking a qualified Backup Registered Nurse to provide coverage for the primary onsite RN at a secure federal facility in Boyers, Pennsylvania.

This position will provide coverage during vacations, illness, scheduled absences and other situations requiring continuity of nurse-station services.

Responsibilities

The Backup RN will perform the same clinical responsibilities as the primary RN, including assessment and treatment of minor illnesses and injuries, first aid/emergency response, CPR, blood pressure and glucose monitoring, medical record documentation, medication support, referrals, and maintaining continuity of nurse-station operations.

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license qualifying the individual to practice in Pennsylvania.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Appropriate clinical nursing experience.
• HIPAA/medical documentation knowledge.
• Ability to work onsite in Boyers, PA when called for coverage.
• Current Secret/T3 or T3R eligibility at time of proposal submission.
• Ability to obtain unescorted facility access.
• U.S. person.
• Must meet the same certification, licensing and clearance requirements as the Primary RN.
