Cetechs is seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide anesthesia services under a federal contract with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The CRNA will deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care to Veterans in accordance with VA standards, credentialing requirements, and federal regulations. This role requires full compliance with all licensing, certification, privileging, and continuing education guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Monday – Thursday (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM)
Friday (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM)
In hour and night shift could be required on occasions
Cetechs is seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide anesthesia services under a federal contract with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The CRNA will deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care to Veterans in accordance with VA standards, credentialing requirements, and federal regulations. This role requires full compliance with all licensing, certification, privileging, and continuing education guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia care and related services to patients in a VA medical facility.
- Maintain technical proficiency in all anesthesia-related procedures.
- Follow the Facility’s Medical Staff By-Laws, rules, and regulations at all times.
- Respond to VA facility requests for onsite services within required response times.
- Complete and maintain all required VA educational and mandatory training, including Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), electronic health record (EHR) training, and any additional VA-mandated courses.
- Master's or doctoral degree in nursing anesthesia
- Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine/anesthesia/nursing in any State, Territory, Commonwealth of the United States, or the District of Columbia.
- Candidates with any history of restricted, suspended, revoked, voluntarily surrendered, or denied licenses will not be considered.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
- Current certification in BLS and ACLS (or acceptable equivalency).
- Compliance with all CME/CEU requirements to maintain certification.
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently.
- Proficient in anesthesia techniques and protocols required for VA patient care.
