Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and flexible Multi-Modality Radiologic Technologist to join our imaging team in Durham, NC. This role requires proficiency in multiple imaging modalities to support high-quality patient care and efficient department operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures across multiple modalities (e.g., X-ray, CT, MRI, or Mammography based on certification)
• Ensure high-quality images for accurate interpretation by radiologists
• Prepare and position patients while explaining procedures clearly
• Maintain strict adherence to radiation safety and infection control protocols
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment according to established standards
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff to deliver exceptional patient care
• Accurately document patient information and imaging procedures

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required
• Additional ARRT certification(s) in CT, MRI, Mammography, or other modality required/preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Valid North Carolina state licensure (if applicable)
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Experience

• 1–3+ years of experience in multiple imaging modalities
• Experience in a hospital or high-volume outpatient setting
• Familiarity with PACS and EMR systems
